Dear Ajai, I am not a IT Professional, so I cant say in detail. But I think whole windows backup I need. Because I dont have any windows cd or pen drive. If in future any problem occur with my windows what should I do?

As per my understanding you want to take Windows Operating system backup, if any problem occurs in future so you can recover it.

then you should create a system image on other partition or any other external storage device. check attached files "how to crate image". this image file will contain all the "installed application and updates".
