Copy & Paste From The Hosting Windows 8 PC

We various Hyper-V VPC in our Windows 8 Pro PC. Only the Windows 8 VPC we can do Copy & Paste. In other words, we open w8 VPC and can copy files and highlighted data from host to the VPC with no problem; yet, non-W8 can't.
Why in XP and Windows 7 Pro Hyper-V PC don't?

Hi,
make sure that All have integration pack. Checked out in File >> Settings >> Integration Services and check all the boxex there.
or
Connect to them via Remote Desktop instead of the Hyper-V console and you'll have copy and paste ability.
