I Won't Open Devices And Printers

Hey, I'm using windows 8, but, when I'm going to open devices and printers in control panel it suddenly stops working and shows 'Not Responding' tap. Same problem occurs when I'm going to print a document or any file and even when I'm going to connect any device to bluetooth. So fix it up for me guys.

Please check and share if there is any error found in System Log, Also check and update your all system drivers.

Run SFC scan first then DISM. its time taking process but i am sure that it will help you to resolve your issue.
System File Checker:
Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator and run SFC /SCANNOW.
Allow to complete, restart or, preferably, shut down the computer and then start up again.
Test to see if the problem has been corrected.
DISM:
Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
Restart the computer and test.
