Is there a limit on hostnames for Windows 2008/2012? Does this include the FQDN?
I recall something in w2003 relating to NetBIOS names but wanted to check about later server versions

Hi Tech,
Yes, There is 15 Character limit for NetBIOS name. For FQDN the character limit is 255 Character.
