Hi Query King,
Option1:
Please follow below steps.
1. Open the DNS Management Console
2. Right click on Serve Name and click on Properties.
3. Go to Advanced Tab.
4. Now you can see if "Enable Round Robin" option is selected or Not.
Option2:
Run below Command on command prompt.
dnscmd.exe /info /RoundRobin
