Hi,
How to uninstall an android app from a smart phone if the uninstall button is not highlighted. The screenshot is attached, please let me know what to do.
Santosh Sir, I am facing this problem in my smart phone(Micromax Juice 2, Q392), please suggest any solution to uninstall this app.

Thanks for telling but I don't want to install any app on my phone. Is there any other way to uninstall through internal phone settings?

As you can see (as per screenshot), uninstall is gray out so you cannot uninstall. Please try to install it again from APK or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.applenew.jettouch&hl=en. If any file will be missing then it reinstall will repair and then you should able to uninstall.

to uninstall the same go to settings> security > device administrator and uncheck that app as a device administrator . then go to app manager then select that app , hope uninstall button is highlighted now.
