Skype Message In Not Synch In Outlook Folder In Office 365

Hi Team,
Any message which is in skype chat windows that are automatically stored in outlook" conversation history" name folder .
Last few days these new chat message not store in my outlook "conversion history "folder.
Please help me out as I am using office365.

Please confirm the version of Skype. if you are using Lync 2013 then please check below.
1.Go to Settings -> Tools -> Options.
2.Go to the Personal tab.
3. and Confirm if "Save IM conversations in my email Conversation History folder" is checked.

Please try to below step!
Open Lync main window click tool menu then option, then click personal wizard look for a check box (should be checked) Save IM conversations in my email Conversation History folder then OK.
If the check box is there and checked then your conversation history would be saved.
