Hi Team, I am looking for command or way to Check AD account disabled date.
FYI.. I am not looking for last modification date.

There is no such way provided by Microsoft the check the exact date of User Account Disablement. You can search for Security Event ID 4725 in your Domain Controllers.
you can use Varonis or Manage Engine ADAudit Plus tool to get the disabled date of active directory user accounts.
