SHUTDOWN EVENT TRACKER

Every day or when I logon to server I get the pop up for SHUTDOWN EVENT TRACKER .( see attached)
However, from server end everything is OK.
OS : Windows server 2019
This seems to be an issue specific to Windows Server 2019 with the registry permissions for HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability
Hopefully this will be addressed and fixed in future windows updates
To stop this browse to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability and delete DirtyShutdown and DirtyShutdownTime registry keys.
