Hello,

Is it possible to in-place upgrade ADFS 2.0 from Windows 2008 R2 to Windows 2012 R2?

Hi Alexander,

There is architectural change between ADFS 2.0 and 3.0, so you cannot do inplace upgrade. You have to build seperate ADFS infrastructure and remove ADFS 2.0.
