Hi DJ,

Please try to remove pending reboot from below registry path.

1. In the registry, navigate to:
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\ 
2. 2. Back up the registry key.
3. Delete the PendingFileRenameOperations registry value from the right pane

If you do not find registry value in the above location, then check if registry value exists in the following locations:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentSetXXX\Control\SessionManager\

Thanks Santosh for your input but still I'm unable to resolve the issue with the above steps, meanwhile I'm trying other methods will share if I get anything positive.
