You can use a third party tool named “RemoteApp” tool for the same. The best part of this application is its portable, no need to install. You can download it from http://www.kimknight.net/remoteapptool .
Minimum requirement for this is:
- Microsoft .Net Framework 4
- WiX Toolset (If you want to create MSIs. Reboot after installing.)
- User should have remote access for that system.
