Please let me know the any tool so that i can manage AD users from my client machine i.e pwd reset.

Hi Ashvini,
Yes, you can manage the active directory users and computers from Windows 7 machines. For this you need to install Microsoft "Remote Server Administration Tools" from below URL.

1. Once you install. Go to "Programs and Features", click "Turn Windows features on or off".
2. In the "Windows Features" dialog box, expand "Remote Server Administration Tools"
3. Then Select "Role Administration Tools -> AD DS and AD LDS Tools -> AD DS Tool and then select "Active Directory Administrative Center".
4. Click on OK. Once feature added..
5. Go to Start and search for "Active Directory Users and Computers".

If you want to reset or unlock the user account or wanna check some other details like .. last password reset or password expiration date and time, then you can download Admin Tool for window 7 from Microsoft sites. its only for managing AD basic user services from client machine.
